raw muslin
I have such a love for cotton especially muslin, its diversity, strength and simple organic state. Muslin is a finely woven light cotton fabric and has a identical warp and weft thread when loomed. Its just so flexible and can be printed or embroidered upon easily. Dyes, paints and tints remain permanent so it makes it all around use remarkable. As it comes in an extraordinary variety of weights (including thread count) and widths. Its versatile natural content accepts dyes and paints so successfully that it's virtually the most popular fabric on the planet . Not only is it comfortable it is practical and affordable. Muslin continues to be the standard for all facets of clothiers but quality is everything, so dont settle for less than 100% cotton muslin if you have a choice, because truly it is the best.
